What Trackaboo is
Trackaboo measures how you and your team use AI coding tools and shows the numbers back to you. Using it means you accept these terms.
Your account
- Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself
- You are responsible for what happens under your account
- One person belongs to one organization at a time
- Tell us at once if you think someone else has got in
Fair use
Trackaboo is a measurement tool, not a surveillance tool. Do not use it to monitor people who have not been told they are being measured, and do not use it in a way that breaks the law where you are. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not resell it as your own.
Paying
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe
- Prices are shown on the pricing section of the front page and may change with notice
- Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for
- We do not give partial refunds for unused time unless the law requires it
Your data is yours
You own the numbers Trackaboo collects for you. We hold them to run the service and act on your instructions. What we store, and what we never see, is set out on the privacy page.
Availability
Trackaboo is early software, offered as it is, with no promise of uptime. We may change or withdraw features. We will give notice before removing anything you depend on.
Ending it
You can stop and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, Trackaboo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Which law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
